R. Todd Rupert

Chairman, Investment Advisory Committee, Private Equity & Venture Capital

In addition to being the Founder and CEO of Ruppert International, Todd Rupert was the CEO and President of T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services, Co-President, T. Rowe Price International, and a Member of the Operating Steering Committee of the T. Rowe Price Group, a firm with over $1.3 Trillion in assets. Todd was also a venture partner at Greenspring Associates, a $20 Billion venture capital firm.

Todd is the Chairman of RSR Partners, London’s Royal Parks Foundation (USA), and the World Trade Center Institute. He is a Global Ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award; Board Member of Antler, Pirkx, Rocket Dollar, Shetland Space Centre, Storelli Sports, The Fine Art Group, The Talent Bank, and The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Todd was a past Board Member of INSEAD Business School from 2012-2021.

Todd is also an Advisor to several VC/PE Firms including Access Holdings, Antler, Athena Capital, Broadlight Capital, CXO Fund, Fin Capital, Global Ventures, Launch Africa Ventures, Motive Partners, Pact VC, Republic Capital, Samos Ventures, and Sure Ventures.

BRIGADIER GENERAL ANTHONY J. TATA

Chairman, Defense & Security Committee

Brigadier General Anthony J. Tata (U.S. Army, Retired) most recently performed the duties of Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, the #3 position in the United States Department of Defense where he implemented the National Defense Strategy and worked closely with allies and partners to achieve strategic defense goals globally. His distinguished military career includes commands in the 82nd Airborne and 101 st Airborne Divisions and the 10th Mountain Division as well as operations in Afghanistan, Bosnia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Panama, and Haiti. Previously, he served as North Carolina’s Secretary ofTransportation.  As Secretary of Transportation, Tony managed 72 airports, two seaports, three railroads, 22 ferries, 88,000 miles of highway & 100 transit systems.

Tony frequently provides geopolitical updates and/or leadership remarks to senior leaders in
Fortune 500 and private equity companies such as Delta Airlines, AFLAC, Goldman Sachs,
Salesforce, Google, Emerson Collective, General Electric, Bank of America, John Deere, Chevron,
Andreeson Horowitz, Silver Lake, and many others.  Mr. Tata presently serves on the board of directors of
publicly traded Edge Data Solutions, and on the advisory boards of investment bank Academy
Securities, Hub Cybersecurity, and Homefront Brands.

He is a West Point graduate with a Bachelor of Science and has two master’s degrees, one from
the U.S. Army’s School of Advanced Military Studies in operational planning and another from
the Catholic University of America in international relations. He was also a distinguished
national security fellow at Harvard University’s JFK School of Government.

Gavin Long

Vice Chairman, Investment Advisory Committee

Gavin Long, is a Cofounder and Partner at Acacia Group, a Private Equity Firm, where he leads on M&A deal pipeline, strategy, and market outreach. With over 22 years of experience in investment banking and private equity investing, Gavin plays a leading role in developing new investment theses and uses his extensive market relationships to identify new platform and bolt-on investment opportunities. Gavin also heads up Acacia’s corporate responsibility strategy, focused on discovering and empowering a new generation of leaders capable of harnessing the full potential of technology to improve people’s lives and livelihoods.

Prior to Acacia, Gavin worked with Acacia colleagues Global Strategies Group, a US-focused buyout firm, where he led corporate development within the firm’s M&A strategy including a NASDAQ IPO. Gavin has completed more than 50 M&A transactions with an aggregate value of more than $4B. He has also held leadership positions overseeing strategy development and transactional execution for BAE Systems, Imperial Capital and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance. Gavin graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Appalachian State University and a Masters Degree from Duke University.

Yale Fishman, J.D.

Yale Fishman has over 30 years of experience leading and advising funds, institutions, & high-net-worth investors on tax-advantaged investment structures and sophisticated estate & income tax vehicles. CEO’s and Fortune 500 executives from the nation’s most prestigious firms seek his expertise on the structuring of their business tax strategies, and he has counseled clients on transactions in excess of $1 Billion dollars.

Additionally, Fishman founded Hamptons Luxury Estates, where he has developed exclusive and unique high-end properties on the East Coast of the USA, that have been featured in the Wall Street Journal & Other Major Networks. Fishman has regularly hosted the 1640 Society, which brings together many global leaders in finance, business, and philanthropy. Now, Fishman brings his wealth of experience and proven success to The Prosperity Fund’s renowned management and executive team

Liran Tancman

Chief Technology Advisor, Cybersecurity & Technology Investments

Liran has vast expertise in the national security and the cyber-domain. Formerly leading strategic cyber intelligence at an elite military unit, and with a decade of experience in Israel’s intelligence corps, Liran brings a unique understanding of the cyber-security landscape, and know-how of operational and technological cyber solutions design.

At the end of 2013 Liran co-founded CyActive. CyActive developed a revolutionary way to predict how today’s cyber threats will evolve and offer a future-proof security against them. Liran served as CyActive’s CEO and played a key role in building the company, raising funds from leading global investors (such as JVP and Siemens VC) and building partnerships with global industry leaders.

At the beginning of 2015, CyActive was acquired by PayPal. Following the acquisition, Liran headed PayPal’s global Security Products Center – a global organization responsible for developing cutting edge technologies and massive platforms to secure PayPal’s clients and partner.

Today, Liran serves as CEO and founder of Rezilion a leader in Software Supply Chain Security that have raised over $30M from leading firms such as JVP, Guggenheim Partners, Samsung and others.

Ariel Fishman, MBA; LA, LB, LSB

Senior Manager, Investments & Venture Funds

Ariel Fishman served as an MBA Merit Scholar at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Washington D.C. At Georgetown, Fishman served as a member of the Graduate Investment Fund, the Entrepreneurship & Venture Capital Group, & the Real Estate Society among other university organizations. Fishman led his startup team to victory and won 1st place in the Startup Factory Competition at Georgetown University in, 1st place in the Wildcard Entrepreneurship Challenge, & was a University-wide Finalist in the Leonsis Family Entrepreneurship Competition. Previously, Fishman attended Columbia University’s Leadership in Law program in NYC and graduated with bachelor’s degrees from both NIRC & the University of the State of NY and MBA from Georgetown University. Additionally, Fishman represented the USA at the RoboCup Robotics Competition in Europe. Fishman specializes in digital assets, fintech, and cryptocurrency as well as insurance, real estate, private equity, and select venture capital opportunities across the globe.

Fishman served as co-founder of the Kindness Initiative and is a member of the National Ethics Association. Fishman has been featured in various business and tech-focused publications including Biz Journal, DC Inno, & Technically DC.

Thomas S. Gallagher, Esq.

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Thomas S. Gallagher, Esq. focuses his practice on the representation of U.S. and offshore hedge, private equity and specialty finance funds, fintech and technology companies in corporate, securities and regulatory matters. He has represented a wide-range of private equity and hedge funds, both domestic and off-shore, engaged in, among other things, equity and debt investments, commercial and consumer lending, credit card, international trade finance and other receivable investments, equipment leasing, insurance products, commercial and residential real estate investments, energy (solar and other green energy investments as well as traditional oil and gas investment funds), and intangible assets, such as intellectual property assets.

During the past ten years, Mr. Gallagher has been a Partner in the New York office of several large prestigious national and international law firms, Dorsey & Whitney LLP, Pepper Hamilton LLP and Baker Hostetler LLP.

In addition to being the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Gallagher currently serves as a member on the board of an international technology and marketing company involved in 5G and IoT as well as cryptocurrency and blockchain. He is the principal of a financial and legal advisory firm and also serves as outside legal counsel and advisor to a diverse group of private equity companies and businesses involved in fintech/consumer lending, oil and gas development and production, & machine learning. Mr. Gallagher received his B.A. in political science from Penn State (summa cum laude) and his J.D. Degree from George Washington University’s National Law Center. He is a member of the New York, D.C., and Maryland bars.
